1.2 Mobile & Messaging Information – When you opt in to our text messaging program, we collect your mobile phone number, your messaging opt-in and opt-out status, message delivery and response data, and your wireless carrier information. This data is used solely to operate and improve our messaging services.

1.3 Usage Data – We collect information about your interactions with the Service, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and access times.

1.4 Chatbot Interaction Data – When you use the chatbot on any of our managed facility websites, we may collect information about your conversation, including verification requests and the nature of your inquiries, to provide account-related services and improve the chatbot experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

2.1 Service Provision – We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process transactions, manage your storage account, and communicate with you about your account.

2.2 Text Messaging – We use your mobile phone number to send you text messages (SMS/MMS) related to the Storbill Messaging Program. These messages may include account balance notifications, payment due reminders, secure tokenized payment links, unit booking confirmations, and one-time identity verification codes when you use the chatbot on facility websites. Message frequency varies based on your account activity.

2.3 Other Communications – We may use your contact information to send you service updates, maintenance notices, and other operational communications related to the Service.

3. Information Sharing

3.1 Third-Party Service Providers – We may share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Service, including our messaging platform provider (Twilio) for the delivery of text messages. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as necessary to provide their services to us.

3.2 No Sale or Sharing of Mobile Information – We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease, or otherwise transfer for profit any phone numbers or personal information collected through our text messaging program to any third party. Your mobile number and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

3.3 Legal Requirements – We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or in response to valid requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

4. Text Messaging Program

4.1 Program Name – Storbill Messaging Program, operated by White Label Storage.

4.2 Consent – By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Storbill. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

4.3 Message Frequency – Message frequency varies based on your account activity and interactions with our services.

4.4 Message and Data Rates – Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

4.5 Opt-Out – You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive text messages from the Storbill Messaging Program. If you wish to re-subscribe, you may opt in again through the original method.

4.6 Help – For assistance with the text messaging program, reply HELP to any message or contact us at support@storbill.com.

4.7 Carrier Liability – Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. Payment links sent via text message use secure tokenized URLs to protect your financial information.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. Messaging opt-in and opt-out records are retained in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your Rights
