These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of StorBill (the "Service"), a web application operated by White Label Storage ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") on behalf of self-storage facilities ("Facility" or "Facilities"). By accessing or using the Service, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1.1 Purpose – StorBill provides a secure payment portal that allows Users to view their outstanding balances and make payments toward their self-storage unit(s).
1.2 Third-Party Management – StorBill operates on behalf of individual self-storage facilities. Your payment obligations, terms of lease, and facility policies remain between you and the respective Facility. StorBill merely facilitates payments and communication.
1.3 SMS and Email Communications – As part of the Service, you may receive text messages (SMS/MMS) and emails related to your storage account, including balance due notifications, payment reminders, secure tokenized payment links, unit booking confirmations, and one-time identity verification codes when interacting with our facility website chatbot. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance or contact support@storbill.com. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. 2.1 You must be an authorized tenant of a Facility that has engaged White Label Storage for remote management services.
2.2 You must have received an official payment link via SMS or email from the Facility to access the Service.
2.3 By using StorBill, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
3.1 Payment Processing – Payments are processed through the Facility's storEDGE facility management system. StorBill does not process or store your payment details.
3.3 No Data Storage – StorBill does not store or retain any payment information, including card numbers or bank details. All payment processing occurs through storEDGE's secure API.
3.4 Payment Confirmation – Payments made via StorBill will be confirmed via email or SMS (if applicable) once processed.
3.5 Failed or Rejected Payments – StorBill is not responsible for payment failures due to incorrect information, insufficient funds, or other bank/payment processor issues.
3.6 Refunds and Chargebacks – Refunds and disputes must be handled directly with the Facility. StorBill does not issue refunds or resolve billing disputes.
4.1 Accuracy of Information – You are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate.
4.2 Account Security – If you access your account via storEDGE, you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
4.3 Compliance with Facility Policies – Your lease agreement with the Facility governs late fees, due dates, and other payment obligations. Using StorBill does not alter your lease terms.
5.1 Data Protection – We do not collect or store payment-related data. Your payment details are transmitted securely through tokenized encryption and processed via storEDGE's API.
5.2 SMS and Email Data – Your mobile phone number and contact information are used to deliver account notifications, payment reminders, secure payment links, booking confirmations, and identity verification codes as part of the Storbill Messaging Program. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties for marketing purposes. For full details on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
5.3 Third-Party Services – Payments are processed through third-party platforms, including storEDGE. Text messages are delivered through our messaging platform provider, Twilio. We are not responsible for their security measures or data handling practices beyond our contractual agreements with them.
6.1 Program Name – Storbill Messaging Program, operated by White Label Storage.
6.2 Types of Messages – By opting in, you may receive the following types of text messages: account balance notifications, payment due reminders, secure tokenized payment links, unit booking links (when requested through our call center), and one-time verification codes for identity verification when using the chatbot on facility websites.
6.3 Message Frequency – Message frequency varies based on your account activity and interactions with our services.
6.4 Costs – Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
6.5 Opt-Out – You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message from Storbill. You will receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, opt in again through the original method.
6.6 Help – For assistance, reply HELP to any message or email support@storbill.com.
6.7 Carrier Liability – Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6.8 Consent – Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from White Label Storage or any of its managed storage facilities.
7.1 No Guarantee of Service – We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of StorBill.
7.3 Indemnification – You agree to indemnify and hold harmless White Label Storage, the Facility, and our affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of StorBill.
8.1 Service Termination – We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to StorBill at any time without notice.
8.2 Amendments – These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9.1 Governing Law – These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where the Facility is located.
9.2 Venue – Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction of the Facility's location.
9.3 Arbitration – In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt resolution through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable state laws.
